The answer is: keep a sketchbook. 

Take notes or make drawings - or doodles - everyday. 

Not all the ideas will be original. 

Not all will be good or even usable.

But this is the best and easiest way you'll get your creative tissue working out. 

Besides making a bank of ideas, to which you'll be able to resort when you need.
